This class uses Cokesbury.com’s Adult Bible Study quarterly materials. Each participant is provided a participant guide with a weekly lesson. Class teachers include David, Melodie, Reita and Paul.
Starting Sunday, September 6, 2026
The fall 2026 curriculum is entitled “Faith and Faithfulness”. The Cokesbury website provides the following description of the material:
“What does it truly mean to live by faith? And how do we remain faithful when life makes that difficult? This quarter's Adult Bible Studies Participant Guide explores the relationship between faith and faithfulness, two foundational traits of the Christian life, and how together they shape the way we walk with God.
Beginning with the Book of Hebrews, participants will examine what Scripture reveals about living a faith-rooted life. The study then moves into the Old Testament.
Each weekly lesson includes focal Scripture passages printed in full, key verses, background context, and practical application to help participants grow not just in knowledge but in lived Christian discipleship. Suggestions for spiritual practices such as prayer, worship, and community are woven throughout.”
